We will honor refunds or replacements on all products we sell, in certain situations.

Change of Mind

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully.

Dahlia Tubers

Upon delivery, please unpack your order as soon as possible. If you have any concerns please contact us asap to discuss.

We cannot be responsible for seeds, tubers or plants failing to grow once they've been planted, or if the storage instructions provided with the tuber has not been followed.

Refunds & Replacement

We will email you to confirm whether a refund or replacement has been approved or declined.

If available, a replacement of the same or similar product would be provided. However, this depends on availability at the time.

If approved, your refund will be refunded. Refunds may take 5-7 days to process. It can take time for the bank/credit card company to process. If a refund has not been received within 10 days, please contact us.
